Your order will be processed in 2 - 5 business days.
If your order contains digital files, these will be available for download following payment. If you have placed a custom order, your digital files will be sent to your email in 1 - 3 days.
Delivery within Australia will take 3 - 12 business days, depending on your location.
International delivery can take over 2 months, depending on your location.
Delivery time will also be affected by the delivery option you select at checkout. We recommend the express and/or tracked shipping option where possible, if you require faster delivery and peace of mind.
PICK YOUR MIX ships through Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au/disruptions-and-updates)for more information regarding disruptions to domestic and international deliveries.
Orders shipped via snail mail (letter) are untracked. However, you will receive an email notifying you when your order has been dispatched.
Orders shipped via registered post and parcel will be tracked. You will receive an email containing the tracking number when your order has been dispatched. You can track your order through the Australia Post website.(https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search)
