Creative journaling (AKA junk journaling, art journaling, scrapbooking, memory keeping) is a relaxing, mindful and reflective activity that combines personal writing with beautiful craft materials to create unique and expressive pages. Don't know where to start? This workshop is the perfect introduction, with the added creativity and support of a small group in a safe space.
